Why this desk exists

Infrastructure HQ started because too many long-term holders were rebalancing from memory — adjusting a coin after a headline, then wondering six months later why the basket no longer matched what they had meant to keep.

We opened a small workspace in Tsim Sha Tsui so those reviews could happen on a real desk: printed sheets, quiet conversation, and a target-weight map you can tape beside a monitor.

How we work

Sessions are appointment-only. We prepare from your intake before you arrive. During the visit we stay with weights, drift, and sequencing — not price predictions. Afterward you own the sheet; we do not monitor your wallets unless you book another check-in.

Hong Kong context

Many of our visitors keep holdings across both local and overseas venues. The office at Mira Place Tower A is chosen for transit access and a calm floor above Nathan Road’s pace. Rainy evenings are when the glass walls do their best work — the city softens, and the conversation stays on the numbers.

Values we keep visible

  • Patience over pace — long-term baskets deserve dated notes, not rushed clicks.
  • Clarity on paper — if a target is not written, it is not a target.
  • Boundaries — we review and plan; you decide and execute.

People

Sessions are led by practitioners who have spent years helping individuals document crypto holdings for personal planning — not as a trading desk, and not as a fund. Credentials are shared in conversation when relevant to your situation; the work itself is the evidence.
