Field Notes
Preparing holdings for a Tsim Sha Tsui review afternoon
A good intake is boring on purpose. Export balances from each venue you still use. Label wallet nicknames the way you speak about them (“cold main”, “earn account”), not as raw addresses unless you prefer that privacy trade-off.
Include lockup end dates if you know them. Skip seed phrases entirely — we never ask for them, and a session that needs them should end immediately.
If cost basis is messy, say so. We can still weigh the basket; basis only matters when you want sequencing notes that respect lots you care about. Guessing basis mid-session wastes the second hour.
Arrive a few minutes early if Nathan Road is crowded. The long-term basket review runs cleaner when the first ten minutes are tea and confirmation, not hunting a missing exchange CSV.
