Review process
From intake sheet to signed target-weight map — how a desktop rebalancing afternoon is paced.
Before you arrive
You receive a short intake form: holdings list, any existing targets, constraints (lockups, no-sell coins, preferred stable), and questions you want answered on paper. Incomplete intakes are welcome; we mark gaps instead of guessing.
At the desk
- Reconcile — Confirm quantities and venues against what you sent.
- Weigh — Compute current percentages and compare to targets (or draft them if none exist).
- Mark drift — Highlight positions beyond your threshold; discuss whether the drift is intentional.
- Sequence — Order potential trims and tops-ups by liquidity and your constraints.
- Sign the sheet — Both leave with the same dated PDF and print.
After the session
Clarifying questions by email are included for seven days on full reviews. We do not watch markets on your behalf. When you want another pass, book a periodic check-in or a fresh long-term basket review.
Rainy-day note
If a typhoon signal or transit disruption affects Nathan Road access, we reschedule without deposit penalty. Video fallback is offered when travel is unsafe.
