Refund & cancellation

Scope

These rules apply to paid consultations for long-term crypto basket reviews, target-weight blueprints, check-ins, and multi-basket comparisons booked with Infrastructure HQ. This site does not sell physical products or software licences.

Deposit

A 30% deposit reserves your session. The deposit is credited toward the session fee.

Full refund

You receive a full refund of amounts paid if we cancel the session and cannot offer a suitable alternative time within fourteen days, or if you cancel in writing at least five business days before the scheduled start.

Partial refund

Cancellations between four and two business days before the session forfeit the deposit; any balance already paid beyond the deposit is refunded. Same-day cancellations and no-shows forfeit the full session fee if already paid, or the deposit if only the deposit was collected.

Non-refundable items

• Deposits after the five-business-day window (except when we cancel)
• Time already spent preparing your intake once prep has begun within forty-eight hours of the session, billed at a maximum of 20% of the session fee if you cancel inside that window and prep is documented
• Third-party room or printing costs expressly agreed in advance

Rescheduling

One complimentary reschedule is allowed with at least two business days’ notice. Further reschedules may require a new deposit. Typhoon or official transit disruption affecting Nathan Road access allows free reschedule.

Work already started

If a session has begun and you end it early, fees for the booked duration remain due. Deliverables completed before ending are still provided.

Refund process and timing

Email contact@infrastructurehq.digital with your booking reference and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within ten business days. FPS and bank transfers may show different posting times at your bank.
