Client notes
Short reflections and a longer desk story from people who sat through basket reviews and target-weight sessions.
“They spent more time on why my SOL overweight kept returning than on the price chart. The target sheet still sits on my monitor bezel.”
— Mira K., long-term basket review
“I arrived with three wallets and no shared percentages. The multi-basket session was slower than I expected — mostly because they refused to invent targets I had not agreed to. Fair, if a little stubborn.”
— Daniel R., multi-basket comparison
“The check-in took under an hour. We decided to wait on two trims until unlock dates cleared. Leaving without trading felt oddly productive.”
— A. Chen, periodic rebalancing check-in
“Blueprint session gave me percentages I could defend to my partner. We still argue about the cash sleeve, but at least the argument has numbers.”
— Priya S., target-weight blueprint
Desk story: the basket that kept leaning east
In spring, a visitor brought a twelve-coin basket that had quietly concentrated into two layer-one holdings after eighteen months of neglect. The intake sheet looked tidy; the live weights did not.
We spent the first hour reconstructing when each overweight started — usually after airdrops that were never redistributed. The second hour produced a target map with a hard cap on any single chain exposure and a rebalancing sequence that waited for two unlock calendars.
She did not execute that week. Two months later she booked a check-in, having completed only half the sequence, and we redated the remaining steps. The point was never speed; it was a sheet she still recognized when the rain hit the glass again.
